1. Raise the coal gate to the highest position, spread 20-30mm thick coal in front of the grate, spread firewood, cotton yarn and other igniters on the coal, and spread thin furnace ash in the middle and rear of the grate to prevent a large amount of cold air Enter.
2. Light the firelighter, turn the grate slowly, send the fire to about 1-1.5m from the front of the furnace, and then stop the grate from rotating.
3. When the temperature of the front arch gradually rises to the point where new coal can be ignited, adjust the coal gate to keep the thickness of the coal seam at 70-100 mm, slowly rotate the grate, and adjust the induced draft fan to make the negative pressure of the furnace close to zero to speed up combustion.
4. But the coal is moved to the second damper, and the second damper is properly opened. Continue to move to the third and fourth dampers, and open the third and fourth dampers in turn. When moving to the final damper, because the coal has been burned up, the final damper is determined to be opened less or not depending on the combustion situation.
5. When the fire grate is covered with the primer, the thickness of the coal seam should be appropriately increased, and the air volume should be increased accordingly to increase the speed of the fire grate, and the negative pressure of the furnace should be maintained at 20-30Pa to make the coal seam burn completely.
